Need to analyze your survey results offline or share them with others? Survia makes it simple to export your data in both CSV and PDF formats.

How to Export Your Survey Results

Go to the Results Page - navigate to the Results Page of your survey from the dashboard.

Locate the Export Options

On the right side of the Results Page, you’ll find three buttons:

  • Download as PDF: For a formatted document with responses.
  • Download as CSV: For raw data, ideal for spreadsheets and further analysis.
  • Download as CSV (All): To download comprehensive results, including all questions and responses.

Click Your Preferred Option

Choose between PDF or CSV depending on your needs, and the file will download instantly.

Why Export Results?

  • PDF Format: Perfect for sharing with stakeholders or printing.
  • CSV Format: Ideal for importing into analytics tools or creating custom visualizations.
